Styrofoam Building Blocks - Ongoing Fundraiser

Our new building was constructed using interlocking styrofaom formation blocks filled with cement. The Parents Sponsoring Committee has taken the liberty to sell thes blocks as a fundraiser to help raise funds for our project, Each block is sold for $20 . Any Purchase of 5 or more blocks will also be recognized on our "Donor Wall" in the new building. Please insure the name to appear on the "Donor Wall" is clearly identified at time of purchase. Tax receipt will be made available on request.

Hallmark/ Prestige Art Gallery Fundraiser

The Hallmark Store In Okotoks has offered us a fundraising event, whereby the Squadron is allotted a three hour time frame from 10 - 1 on 25 Apr 2009 to have invited guests (family and friends) shop at the store, as well as the Prestige Art Gallery during has allotted a time frame from 10 - 5 and a percentage of all sales during this period will be donated to the Squadron. We will be setting up a Refreshment Table along with signs as to who is hosting the event at both locations. Cadets and parents will be at each location.

The new building is currently secure to the elements. Inside work will commence as funding permits.
Once the building floor is in place, offices, washrooms will be constructed and the building will be able to house the Air Cadets.
Fundraising is essential to achieve this goal.
All suggestions are welcome.
